Bold ideas.
Hopeful politics.
Why am I running to be your next MP?
For my entire adult life, I have tried to make positive change in the world by living my values: adopting a vegan diet, using active transportation when possible and an electric vehicle when not, disconnecting my home from natural gas.
However, I’ve found that individual change is not enough. To truly build a better Canada, we need to build community: to start a movement where others can live their values too.
Canada is facing many important challenges right now, particularly the rising cost of living and short supply of housing. I’ve watched our federal politicians fight with each other along partisan lines, polarizing Canadians over solutions to problems we all agree on.
I’m running because I want to offer a more hopeful and collaborative approach. I want to work across party lines to find common ground with other MPs, so that we can find consensus on today’s biggest challenges.
What qualifies me to run?
